jBoard.io is a SaaS application, that helps organizations and individuals around the world to create their own job board without any code. We are growing fast and looking for a candidate to join our team and help us to provide support for our customers. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow. The role is going to be fully remote, you can work from anywhere that you like as long as the job is getting done.

Job responsibilities

Promptly answer customer support requests via real-time chat, email and zoom calls (in English)
Be up to date with product updates to be able to help customers to create better job boards using jBoard's software
Create public-facing help guides, evaluating and refining them on a regular basis
Maintain product change-log by documenting changes
Send a monthly product update email to inform customers about new features and functionalities
Own outcomes and incremental improvement for your clients
Troubleshoot and submit bugs to our developers and act as the primary driver from bug ticket creation through resolution
Gather customer feedback
Occasionally posting on social media about new product features
Working hours 10:00 - 19:00

Required qualifications

Has bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, serving international customers
Has a basic understanding of how web technologies work
Has excellent knowledge of English languages
Has excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to work as a part of a team
Self-motivated to master a complex software and learn new technologies on the fly
